My philosophy and approach
I hold a deep love of and curiosity in life, believing in the inherent well-being and potential for change within each person. My practice focuses on mind-body interactions and is an embodied psychotherapy, grounded in a humanistic psychodynamic approach.
Our work together will involve compassionate enquiry, contemplative, and embodied practices, including quietening the mind, focusing on the felt sense, and sometimes using movement or creative materials. Through this exploration, greater understanding and change can take place. Therapy sessions are designed to explore issues in your life you find challenging or stressful ; to provide understanding and insight, leading to transformation.
